The Company Secretary's Duties

As an acting company secretary, we will provide the following services:

  2. maintaining and updating of the statutory registers and minute books which are required to be kept under the Companies Act, Chapter 50
  3. preparation of minutes of the directors and shareholders meetings in connections with routine activities
